'cvs edit' and 'cvs reserved edit' missing

Hello,

I'm using tortoise cvs on my computer for few years.
Sicne yesterday, the cvs edit and cvs reserved edit disappeared from my
contextual menu.
I then uninstalled Tortoise and installed the latest version (1.12.3), but
nothing changed.

Could you please help me, as I searched in all preference settings I found,
and didn't find the solution.

(Sorry, but I didn't managed to search in mailing list archive in case this
question already exists).
