Hi all. I wanted to change the default file type (binary) for .dfm (Delphi)
form files. They used to be binary, but they have been ASCII text for a
while now. I successfully set up the TortoiseCVS.Filetypes in the Home
folder of a WinXP client. But when I try the same thing under Win7, the file
is not used/found. I've tried placing it in the current user folder
(Tortoise identified) as well as manually setting the home folder in
TortoiseCVS preferences. Bug or mistake on my part?
