Why are only some icon overlays shown

G'day,

I have an older Win7 computer and just installed Tortoise on a new one. 
Tortoise on the old one works as expected, the new one has missing overlays.

Regarding the "Why are only some icon overlays show" FAQ item:

1. Both computers show the same 9 "Tortoise" overlays so I assume that 
is the expected number.

2. The FAQ states a limitation of fifteen overlays. The FAQ is rather 
outdated so I do not know if that is still the case. Regardless, the 
entry  under SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node has 12, and the one under 
SOFTWARE\Microsoft has 13.



- Recommendations or suggestions, please.
