Ugo,

ViewVC's main development line (slated to become ViewVC 1.1.0) currently has
access control support.  It's not quite complete yet, but the parts that are
complete seem to work pretty well so far.  See issue #268 for more info
(http://viewvc.tigris.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=268).
