As we agreed in IRC, commit access is *all yours*.  You guys over in cvs2svn
land have been far more active in your development of rcsparse, and God
knows there's no question about your Python prowess.

As you've probably seen, I've committed the first three patches in the
series.  The rest can go commit-then-review, if you'd be so kind.
