[viewvc-dev] viewvc.conf "forbidden" has no affect ?

ViewVC 1.0.3 On Solaris 10, Subversion 1.4.2

When setting the forbidden parameter in the viewvc.conf file the setting has
no affect at all ?

example:  SVN

~svn/repository/A
~svn/repository/B
~svn/repository/C

example: viewvc.config

...
forbidden = ~svn/repository/C
...

ViewVC still show all three ?? when I access the ~svn/repository

any thoughts ??
