There's no bug here. In ViewVC 1.0.5, forbiddenre falls under the [general] heading, and is only called "forbiddenre" because "forbidden" was already in use. In ViewVC 1.1-dev, there are individual sections for each authorizer module, thus the "forbidden" option inside the [authz-forbidden] section is distinct from the "forbidden" option inside the [authz-forbiddenre] section. I can see how that might be confusing for folks upgrading from 1.0.5, so I'll go ahead and change it. -- C.
