[viewvc-dev] Various patches for ViewVC

Hello!

I want to submit some changes, because we've installed ViewVC in our  
company, and during installation, I added various changes to ViewVC  
1.1.0-beta1:

1) Full-text commit search using MySQL FULLTEXT indexes
2) Configurable charset support in annotate, diff, markup views, cvsdb and  
logs
3) Added some indexes to the DB schema for query speed-up
4) Multi-repository search support (with authorization) in viewvc.py (not  
query.py)
5) Ability to connect to MySQL server through UNIX socket + encoding  
selection, utf8 by default
6) Patched ("fast") cvsdbadmin checking file modification times (this  
patch was on your tracker)
7) +/- lines totals in query results
8) Authorizer responsibility in cvsdb query
9) Use of python libmagic bindings for determining file content-type
10) MIME type checking (configurable regexp) in markup/annotate (for not  
annotating binary files as text ones)
11) Shell scripts for ViewVC deployment on a Linux (tested on Debian)  
version control server
12) Ability to install asynchronous CVS and Subversion repository hooks  
(hooks writes a flag, cronjob checks it and updates the DB)
