Hey all,

                Until seriously using ViewVc1.1.2 we didn´t see that url routes in Spanish, accented routes, are not working, no problem with other ones, not accented routes. I found a patch to correct some problems with utf8 codification but not lucky, the patch is applied but I can´t access into accented routes.

                Any ideas?
