Hello development, I am having a problem installing Viewvc-1.1.3 on a HP-DL 380 server. The Operating system is red hat 5. When running the viewvc-install binary, the following error occurs: [jinny@AM1SMS01_VF-IE viewvc-1.1.3]$ ./viewvc-install : No such file or directory Sometimes you can see on the screen just before ":No such file or directory" appears the following: /usr/bin/env python Python is installed on the system: python-2.4.3-24.el5 I can access it manually: [jinny@AM1SMS01_VF-IE viewvc-1.1.3]$ /usr/bin/env python Python 2.4.3 (#1, Sep 17 2008, 16:07:08) [GCC 4.1.2 20071124 (Red Hat 4.1.2-41)] on linux2 Type "help", "copyright", "credits" or "license" for more information. >>> I've tried also installing viewvc-1.0.7 and viewvc-1.0.9 and the same error occurred. Any ideas what the issue here could be or points to? I have installed it before and had no problems like this. The user that runs it uses sudosh, and ive added to their conf file: -c arg allow = /home/jinny/viewvc-1.1.3/viewvc-install -c arg allow = /usr/bin/rcsdiff -c arg allow = /usr/bin/rlog -c arg allow = /usr/bin/co -c arg allow = /usr/bin/python -c arg allow = /usr/bin/env -c arg allow = /usr/bin/env python I've also tried installing it with non-sudosh users and with root to no avail. Any help is greatly appreciated.
