[viewvc-users] Windows paths: backslash or forwardslash?

Hi, In viewvc.conf, using backslashes in path names (to cvs root, cvsnt exe, etc.) causes problems such as the following: "Error: Rlog output ended early. Expected RCS file "...,v"" Similarly, using backslashes (\) in viewvc.cgi (for CONF_PATHNAME) causes the templates folder to not be resolved correctly. These problems can be solved by using forward slashes in path names (e.g., C:/cvsnt/cvs). Best, Ahmet.
