I had the GnuWin32 files installed under c:\program files\GnuWin32 with the path pointing to c:\program files\GnuWin32\bin. On an off chance, I moved the GnuWin32 directory out from under c:\program files, and just put it at c:\GnuWin32 and reset the path to c:\GnuWin32\bin. The diffs started working." I recalled that diffutils installed under C:\Program Files\GnuWin32, so I moved GnuWin32 from C:\Program Files\GnuWin32 to C:\GnuWin32 and then added C:\GnuWin32\bin to the environment variables in Windows and...Yes!
