[viewvc-users] FW: [viewvc-users] tarball link dowload giving zerobyte tar file

Hi Jon,

Am very sorry for the delay in replying to the mail.

I checked the logs. The error that’s coming is as follows:
[Wed Feb 24 10:23:20 2010] [warn] mod_python (pid=7448,
interpreter='gforge-test.am.freescale.net'): Module directory listed in
"sys.path". This may cause problems. Please check code. File being imported
is "/opt/tools/viewvc-1.0.5/bin/mod_python/viewvc_cgi.py".

I am using version 'viewvc-1.0.5'. The allow_tar option is available in
this version, so i am afraid that the link you gave does not provide the
necessary solution. Can you please let me know if you have any idea why the
download tarball is downloading a zero byte file? A zip file pops up but it
does not contain any data. Thats the issue.

What version of ViewVC are you using?  If it's 1.1.x, then see:
