RE: [viewvc-users] Error on Viewvc.cgi

Hi Gustavo,

Make sure the file has execute permission set for the user under which the web server runs.

Then check that the parent directories have read and execute permission set for the same user.

(By "permission for the web server user", I mean that you should either give ownership of the viewvc hierarchy to the web server user, or make the group of the directories and files be one of which both the file/dir owner account and the web server account are a member.)
