Can I suggest the Subversion 1.6.12 build available at RPMForge? Will

What we do is add the rpmforge repository but set it to disabled in the
Yum config. Then, whenever we add/upgrade Subversion packages we do:

# yum --enablerepo=rpmforge <install|upgrade> subversion subversion-perl
subversion-devel mod_dav_svn

John.
