Re: [viewvc-users] Python exception while creating diff web page

I could be wrong -- Windows is not my platform of choice, as you might have
noticed in other recent threads -- but I don't think you want quotes around
the path in the viewvc.conf file.  It's possible that the underlying Python
code knows what to do with those, but they shouldn't be necessary and
*might* just mess stuff up.

   diff = C:\Program Files\gnuwin32\bin\diff.exe

Also, I don't think you want to add "diff" to the %PATH% -- you'd want
instead to add "C:\Program Files\gnuwin32\bin".
