[viewvc-users] Unable to correctly view branched HTML content.

Hello all,

We are using ViewVC 1.0.4 and we have a branched project with HTML 
documents in it.

I can view the branched version of these files as ViewVC will add 
"?pathrev=xxx" to the URL. Unfortunately all related resources 
(hyperlinks, images, css, etc) do not have this URL parameter and so 
will refer to the trunk.

Some of these resources (eg. images) do no exist on the trunk and so the 
documents are incomplete. Worse than this is the fact that the 
hyperlinks point to a different version of documentation. This has 
tripped up people a number of times.

Is there anything I can do to ViewVC to allow me to correctly view the 
contents of a branch?

The following feature request alluded to the same basic issue but there 
has been no further changes on it since its creation in 2009:

   http://viewvc.tigris.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=413  Include sticky 
revisions in path part of URL

Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
