michael, here are list of screen shots of my viewvc web page with "co" option turned on.

note: i used a sandbox svn tree to show the behavior of
"co" and "download" tabs against target file abc.txt.

screen shot #1: Viewvc for wc_proj sandbox svn tree with "download" tab on the menu tool bar.

screen shot #2: viewvc with download diaglog box if "download" tab is clicked to download the svn tree.

screen shot #3: list viewvc to show abc.txt file content

screen shot #4: list viewvc to show abc.txt content in "co" viewvc if "dwonload" tab is clicked.

Note that "download" tab is the only tab for both "download" svn directory tree as well as "co" viewvc interface. 

If this is the the "co" interface should be please advise !!
