Thanks for the reply. I found that Pygments doesn't do so well with
Fortran code, and also I have some custom language code in my code
repository that will require me to write a new syntax file. I'll have a
look at how I can do this.

Do you know if it's possible to 'drop in' new syntax definitions as
files in a folder in Pygments, or do I have to rebuild/reinstall in
order for the new syntax to be recognised. Seems to be some question
about how that's done in their documentation.

Just for the record, what was the last version of ViewVC that included
the 'highlight' integration, can you recall?
