Sadly, the /windows/README file in our distribution hasn't been kept
up-to-date.  That said, if you are able to describe the problems you are
having in sufficient detail, someone on this list (or in the #viewvc IRC
channel on irc.freenode.net) might be able to help you successfully
configure ViewVC.  Also, there are some blog posts and such out on the Web
which describe how to setup and configure ViewVC on Windows that might be
worth checking out.
