The server is running an Apache server and I have everything but the tar view working correctly. The computer is running OpenSUSE 12.1 and the ViewVC package is version 1.1.15-4.4.1. The svn repository is accessed via Apache and https. ViewVC is configured to use a svn auth file. The allowed_views parameter in the viewvc.conf file appears to be working, except the download tarball link never appears. The co/download link can be enabled or disabled. The viewvc files are located in OpenSUSE's standard /srv/viewvc. I tested a version of ViewVC directly from the <a href="http://tigris.org">tigris.org</a> website and was able to get the tarball download link to appear, although there were a couple of other issues with ViewVC features.
