Unfortunately, I wasn't able to replicate the problem on my own machine by
faking the 'rlog' output.  If you're able to do so, perhaps you wouldn't
mind emailing me (privately) a copy of your router.db,v file.  Maybe I can
reproduce the problem locally with that data?

By the way, for the sake of comparison, I appear to be running version
5.7-25 of the 'rcs' package on my Ubuntu 12.04 system.
