This won't work because the option name is "svn_roots" (with an 's'), not
"svn_root".

This is the same scenario reported by Michael Theys last week.  He's running
1.2-dev, but there was a rootname-to-rootpath mapping change made on 1.2-dev
and backported to 1.1.19 which might be the cause of all this.

So having two 'svn' root_parents works; but having one 'svn' and one 'cvs'
does not.  Okay.
