[viewvc-users] Diff very slow

When I try to do a diff via viewvc's web interface, e.g., https://my.repo.domain/viewvc/Project/trunk/Code/Website/Scripts/config.js?pathrev=518&view=diff&r1=518&r2=517&diff_format=h It takes about 30-45 seconds for the diff to load. By comparison, if I use the same machine, TortoiseSVN can do that same diff instantaneously. The SVN host is running Windows Server 2012 (64 bit), with the latest SVN Edge suite from CollabNet. I have monitored CPU and RAM usage on the server and neither is spiking while the diff is running, over 7 GB of RAM still free and 95% of the CPU.
