[viewvc-users] "Annotate" error on RHEL5

I'm using the RHEL5 package from EPEL of ViewVC 1.1.22. With the new
options to set authzfile on a per-root basis, I'm finally able to get
the access controls for our multiple repos working more or less as I'd
expect.

The only problem I'm having is that choosing the 'Annotate' feature on
any revision gives an internal server error; the Apache log contains the
following (path / host slightly sanitized):

I've tried this with multiple files in multiple repos.

Other operations (including diffs, syntax highlighting, etc.) appear to
function as expected.

Any idea what the problem might be, or any other ideas? If it matters,
both the i386 and x86_64 RPMs are installed. I tried removing the i386
version, but that didn't seem to help.
