Thank you for the offer :).  Could you give me an example of how to
insert text that will only show up on pages for a single repository
"foobar"?  As far as I can tell, what's there now appears on all pages
for all repositories.  The [if-any ...] makes me think some other
conditional syntax is available to check for a specific setting.
If it's already described somewhere, please just point me to it.
(I couldn't find it, sorry.)

By the way, I think it would be nice to document how to do this as a
general feature (maybe a FAQ answer).  For example, it would often make
sense for all viewvc pages for a given repo to have a link like
"The <project> home page is <url>".
