Log message:
Fix locking somewhat.  Allow session locks only on temporary files to satisfy DAV requirements (need to test on SVN).  Passes litmus lock tests up to 32(lock_collection) after which it all goes pear shaped, so that needs looking at.  Handle SVN sending large files in smaller chunks - do it all in memory for now.. in future we'll need to look at a partial write mechanism.
