Merge in fix from 2.5.05, just a compile warniner/error suddenly picked up on hpux, Tony must have also picked it up on vs2005..., not a technical fix or a feature so no bug number (cheating really...) error on hpux was: Error 203: annotate.cpp, line 171 # Cannot assign 'char *' with 'const char *'.
