Bug6421: bug_trigger: use synonym (if exists) rather than 'bug' in error messages - use synonym for 'bug' (if exists), add 'bug knicknames' (bugmap).  display bug map in 'cvs log' output.  Can be disabled with setting BugMapLog=0.
