Bug6624: win: server: LSA Helper DLL setuid.dll - events log missing.   Still trying to find the cause of the ServerTraceFile not working...  more debugging fixes - not managing to open 'PServer' registry key - try a few variations, and check byte boundries (see bug for more info.)
