Log message:
Bug 6042:

Latest testing release. This performs most similarly to existing 2009R2 builds, but has these changes:

- if tcb priv is missing and tries S4U - put message in event log
- if createtoekn priv is missing and tries ntsuid - put msg in event log
- trys4u now returns -1 if PRIVILEGE_NOT_HELD, ACCESS_IS_DENIED etc.
- trace and diags now show if this is a domain controller
- GetDnsFullComputerName=1 (default) - obtain Dns computer name on start
- SwitchTryManualS4U=1 (default) - try manually making UPN if domain=netbios
                                     (and not a domain controller)
- SwitchNoLocalS4U - enable this to disable S4U if 'local' with return -1
- additional tracing of error results, eg: LsaRegisterLogonProcess()
- crash 'cvsdiags' results posted now include 'recent' added registry params
- duplicate 'service pack' text removed from os name trace
- this server name is now included at beginning of trace file
- SETUID LSA Helper DLL error messages and event logs improved
    (now includes version/build number)
