SCC plugin for CVSNT?

Now for the first time in all these years I have found a need for a plug-in for
CVSNT to a development IDE...

We are embarking on a big project doing embedded ARM controller development and
I would like to have the developers use our existing CVSNT repository.
The IDE they use (IAR Embedded Workbench) has a SourceControl integration function
but it only works with the Microsoft SCC interface specification. :-(

So now I wonder if there are some (preferablu OpenSource) plug-ins that can
expose a CVSNT SCC interface into the IDE?

Previously when we worked with Windows s/w development and also with some previous
embedded systems we always used WinCvs for the developers to interface with CVS.

But since there is some kind of "integration" built into the new IDE I am looking
for something that can connect CVSNT into this.

Any ideas, hints, links?

(I have looked at Jalindi-Igloo but it seems to have been abandoned back in 2001.)
