That would be great.

I am thinking about releasing 2.14.0 on Wednesday April 4th, just
because I like YYYY-MM-DD dates where MM == DD. We need to make that
release at some point, and we can always make minor releases after
that.

The real, hard deadline I am seeing is the one of the next HCAR. That
deadline is April 20th. By then, we should really have a new Darcs
version to talk about.
