tags 653764 + pending thanks Hi, I brought up this bug on the boost list [1] and sparked a small debate. Some thought monotone should use a macro less prone to collisions. On the other hand, the John Maddock kindly changed the template parameter in Boost.Math. I've included his patch in 1.48.0-3 (not yet uploaded) which fixes the monotone build problem (this bug), at least for Debian.
