On 1.0 "disk full" condition is still not reported during operation.

When i do a checkout on a (nearly) full filesystem, monotone dies with :

monotone: fatal: std::exception: Botan: I/O error: DataSink_Stream: Failure writing to std::ostream

Error message should be something like "No space left of device"
