I've updated my Cygwin on XP; I'm compiling the nvm.lua-5.2 branch now;
Cygwin still has Lua 5.1.4, so I hope that's compatible.

I'll work on updating INSTALL_windows_cygwin.txt to match.

I'll also work on updating INSTALL_windows_native.txt to the latest
versions, and test on XP.

I can also test on Cygwin and mingw on Windows 7 64-bit (and Windows 7
32 bit, I assume, if the 64 bit fails).
