Steps to reproduce the problem:
-------------------------------

1. mtn conflicts store
2. mtn show_first
3. mtn resolve_first    # missing resolution

Expected result:
----------------
An error message, perhaps listing the possible resolutions, the same as the show_first output

Actual results:
---------------
mtn: fatal: std::out_of_range: src/cmd_conflicts.cc:366: index '0' = 0 overflowed vector 'args' with size 0
mtn: This is almost certainly a bug in monotone.
