status of issue 203?

I'm trying to understand issue 203.

I have a Debian system, with testing installed as the main system, and
unstable in a chroot.

I don't see any package named 'eglibc', nor 'glibc'. There is
'libglib2.0-0', which is at version 2.32.3-1 in both testing and
unstable (just refreshed everything today).

Monotone nvm head compiles clean on this system.

So can we declare this issue fixed, or am I missing something?
