netsync_badhost_gives_nice_error failure

On OpenBSD 5.1 the current nvm head passes all `make check` tests except 'netsync_badhost_gives_nice_error'.

Looking at the 'stderr' output in the test directory shows

mtn: network error: failed to connect: Connection timed out

but it expects

name resolution failure for ...

What should we do about this?
