Description:

Steps to reproduce the problem:
-------------------------------

1. Pull a repository into a managed database
2. Check out a working copy
3. Go inside the working copy
4. run the command 'mtn automate get_option database'

Expected result:
----------------
The command should return ":my_db"

Actual results:
---------------
returns a blank line
