monotone on windows

What does one do to use monotone on windows?

I'm on Linux and have been using monotone for ages.
I am considering a colaborationwith a windows user.
We'd like to be synchronising text files between us.

She is not a computer programmer; I'd probably have to set it up on her machine for her, and *I* don't know how Windows works these days.  The last time I used Windows as in the days of XP.
