Hi! I updated branch net.venge.monotone.lapo.botan2 to properly build 
with both a recent WSL Arch system using Botan3 & PCRE 8.45, and an 
older WSL Ubuntu23 system using Botan2 & PCRE 8.39.

Can you test on your 32-bit netbook too?
