Posted on behalf of forum user 'itechnology'. We manage all our workspaces and stuff from one machine, while our server only does server and sits on another machine. If you create a workspace on a distant machine (as p4admin), and set HOST (to a different machine than you are creating it on) and save ..now when you try to go back and edit the new workspace, you get continuous annoying popups saying: Client 'XXXXX' can only be used from host 'YYYYYY''.
