[p4] P4A - Users * Groups tab - users disapear

Posted on behalf of forum user 'Peter.Ridgway'. When I open P4A and go to the "Users & Groups" tab the list of users visibly shrinks over a few seconds. If I then look a the "permissions" tab the users who vanished are grayed out. If I re-open P4V and go to the "Permissions" tab directly - all the users are visible and editable. This is on P4Admin/NTX64/2017.2/1535556 and I also had this on the previous version of Perforce too.
