[p4] p4 typemap text+x except when symbolic link

Hi, We used to have in our typemap file : text+x //.../compile to ensure all scripts named 'compile' got checked in with executable permission as sometimes perforce would drop the executable bit when checking in. However sometimes, 'compile' is a symbolic link, and the checkin did not work with that rule. It could be anywhere in the depot, not just in some known subset of directories, so specifying multiple rules does not work.
