[p4] [BUG] Custom tool arguments broken

Posted on behalf of forum user 'itechnology'. %D & %d do not correctly transform workspace paths to depot paths when used on a folder When on the workspace tab, right click on a file and launch a custom tool that uses the %D or %d argument, and the path will not be translated to a depot path.
