[p4] [URGENT] P4D is completely unresponsive

Posted on behalf of forum user 'aoakenfo'. Disk I/O was at 100% for the longest time on Windows. After a computer restart, nobody can connect to Perforce. On the server machine I've tried all the commands on this [http://answers.perforce.com/articles/KB/3785] page p4 -p <ip:port> info p4 chnages -t -m 10 p4 lockstat nothing works. The commands never return, just sit there forever. The Services app says Perforce is running. I've tried restarting.
