[p4] Unable to install P4V 2017.2 1582486

Hi,

Is anyone able to install P4V v2017.2 1582486?
I keep getting a popup saying "Another installation is already in progress.
Complete that installation before proceeeding with this install."
(see attached image)

I've tried this on multiple machines and keep getting the same message.

Let me know if you need any additional information.
