Hi Michael

We've moved faster on this patch than I thought, it's now available on
our downloads site (it's now P4V 2017.3/1590419).

I just installed it and it has fixed the double reporting on the sync preview,
along with a few other fixes. 

The release notes haven't quite caught up so here's a list of the fixes
in patch1 in case you were waiting on any more of them (in particular the
reconcile preview):

     #93307 (Change #1589516)
Cmd+D (Mac) or Ctrl+D (Win) hotkeys now work again in RevisionGraph.

#93267 (Change #1585583)
Local files and files in depot missing from workspace are listed
in their proper lists in the Reconcile Dialog. The icons now match
the status of the list header.

#93264 (Change #1589322)
When changing folder with Browse button in Undo To dialog, new
folder location is now recognized. Undo To will undo files in
this folder up to the changelist selected.

#93253 (Changes #1587532, #1586020, #1585728, #1585727, ...
Links to help pages have been fixed.
