Re: [p4] p4v Reconcile Offline does the weirdest thing ever

No, the file in this case is pure text, the file type is text, and I looked at the contents - nothing special. Small file (214 lines) of the source code.

The only relatively odd thing is that there are three revs of this file in the repository (#1,3), and it was synced to #1.
I don’t know if it's important or not yet.
